Your data is used to operate the Institute & Course Management System: to manage institutes and courses, process verification requests, issue diplomas, and allow public verification of certificates. We use your email to send account-related messages (e.g. password reset, registration and approval notifications).

Information is shared only as needed to provide the service. Verification results may be shown publicly when someone verifies a student or diploma using a reference number. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
